The Kriyayoga meditation classes at the Kriyayoga Ashram and Research Institute / Yog Fellowship Temple are temporarily suspended for the general public, due to the restrictive measures regarding public gatherings.
Guruji advises all Kriyayoga practitioners to take this opportunity of seclusion to dedicate more time to the practice of Kriyayoga Meditation and specially the Recharging technique which will increase immunity and remove fear during this time of coronavirus.
The videos of Guruji’s classes will still be published regularly on YouTube, and they can be used and re-used during this period of home study. With our deepest loving thoughts of unity, remembering that time and distance do not exist.
