In Kriyayoga meditation we practice Oneness with the Truth. Truth means Love, therefore without loving ourselves we cannot know the Truth. As we practice Kriyayoga meditation we learn how to love ourselves first, then we learn how to love others. When we practice pure Love, we are one with the Truth and we will experience life without problems."
